Problems: Matera not included. They got only the last ~2.5 hrs and
the S-band is mostly G-codes.
KP had power problems, several periods of no data or bad data.
NY missed the first 2 hrs.
FT reported a warm receiver - but they do not look so bad.
There are small clock breaks at FT, KP, and MK.
TS S-band was fringed with manual Pcals, cable cal was not used.
Parameterization comments: None.
Other comments: Correlated on the difx and converted to Mark4 at NRAO/VLBA.
Fourfit fringed at GSFC.
